High standing newly built apartament in the heart of Moraira for 4 + 1 guests.

The old town with its numerous typical Valencian restaurants, cafés and small boutiques is directly in front of the door of our house.
Two double bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes plus an office with sofa bed for a possible fifth person.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

Our APARTMENT ALOA is situated in the commercial / pedestrian street of Moraira in Calle Doctor Calatayud on the 2nd floor (lift available).

Only 3 minutes from the sea and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the sandy beach Playa de la Ampolla.

We have lovingly furnished and decorated our APARTMENT ALOA and will be renting it from July 2024:

  • All rooms are air-conditioned (centralised air-conditioning by ducts: hot and cold function).
  • Fast fibre-optic internet
  • Bright living room is equipped with a large 65-inch Smart TV and receives Spanish, English and German TV.
  • Fully equipped modern kitchen: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine with tumble dryer function. All appliances are new and top of the range.
  • The windows are new, well insulated and equipped with electric blinds
  • Free parking only 300 metres away.
  • The guest assistance is in fluent English.

Please note: Non-smoking accommodation, no pets allowed and not permitted for parties or events.
